Semi- Private Training
This program is best described as personal training in a small intimate group setting. In groups 5 or smaller, one of our fitness coaches will take your through individualized workouts together. This program is designed for participants that are looking to work out with friends, family, or coworkers. People who are excited to make new friends with a common bond, or anyone who is looking for the expert fitness coaching and results our coaches can offer at a deep discount.
